Terms of Use

TudHub is the learning resource sharing platform of Tudlin, a learning management system. Both are products of Avery Kladive Ventures, a business registered in Ghana. These terms are an agreement between you and Avery Kladive (“we”, “us”) and cover your use of TudHub. By creating an account or using TudHub, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TudHub.

• Give your real name and an email address you can use, and keep them up to date.
• An account is for one person. Don't share your password or let others use your account. You're responsible for what happens on it.
• If you're under 18, you need your parent or guardian's knowledge and agreement to use TudHub. Students confirm this when they join.
• Choose the right account type: a student account for learning, a teacher account for teaching. Don't pretend to be someone else or to work at a school you don't.
• Tell us straight away at the email below if you think someone else has used your account.

Notes, papers, quizzes, flashcards, exercises and other resources on TudHub belong to us or to the creators who made them. You may use them for your own learning and, if you're a teacher, with your own classes.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, re-publish or share resources outside TudHub, including in other apps, websites or paid groups.
• Download or copy resources in bulk, or use bots or scripts to collect content.
• Remove the names of the people who made a resource.

We work hard to keep resources accurate and in line with each curriculum, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, tell us and we'll fix it.

• Energy is TudHub's in-app credit. You use it to open Premium resources and get Tudi AI or tutor feedback. It has no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.
• When a tutor doesn't answer your request in time, the energy is returned to you automatically.
• Prices in energy and in cedis are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
• Paid energy and Premium aren't refundable once used, except where the law requires it or these terms say so. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll look into it.

Tudi AI feedback is produced by a computer and tutor feedback is written by TudHub creators. Both are there to help you learn. They can make mistakes, and they are not official marks from your school, WAEC, the IB or any exam body. Always check with your teacher if you're unsure.

Use feedback to understand your work, not to cheat in school tests or exams.

You own the comments, solutions, photos and resources you put on TudHub. By posting them, you give us permission to store, show and process them so TudHub can work, for example to show your comment to other learners or send your solution to a tutor.

Only post what you have the right to share, and never post:

• Anything that bullies, threatens, harasses or insults others.
• Other people's personal information, such as phone numbers or addresses.
• Sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content.
• Spam, adverts, or links to harmful websites.
• Material copied from others without permission.

We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Teachers who publish resources or tutor on TudHub also accept the creator terms shown in the app before they start. Those terms explain how resources are reviewed, how tutoring works and how earnings are shared and paid. If they differ from these terms, the creator terms apply to creator work.

Don't:

• Try to get into accounts, systems or data you're not allowed to.
• Upload viruses or anything designed to harm TudHub or its users.
• Get around energy, Premium or other limits.
• Use TudHub for anything illegal.

You can stop using TudHub at any time. To close your account and delete your information, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or write to us from your account's email.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or misuses TudHub. Where it's fair and safe, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to respond.

We work to keep TudHub available and correct, but we provide it “as is”. It may sometimes be unavailable while we fix or improve it. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as exam results, lost data you didn't save elsewhere, or loss of income, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Ghanaian law.

We may update these terms as TudHub grows. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using TudHub after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts of Ghana will decide.
